BOSS VEAL 
4 oz. veal, cut & pounded
Bread crumbs
2 hot peppers, cleaned & cooked
1 sweet pepper, cleaned & cooked
Oil
1 clove garlic, chopped

Dredge veal in bread crumbs and cook in hot oil until brown on both sides. Remove oil and add garlic and peppers. Saute for 1 minute and serve.
