1 box yellow cake mix 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain 1 c. sugar 4 lg. bananas, sliced 1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding 1 lg. container Cool Whip 1/2 c. chopped nuts Bake cake in 9 x 13 inch greased and lightly floured pan. heat pineapple and sugar in pan until sugar dissolves. Punch holes in cake with wooden spoon while still hot. Pour pineapple mixture over entire surface. Cool. Top with bananas. Prepare pudding according to package directions and spread over bananas. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate. |
