BEEF "N" TATERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 lb.) pkg frozen tator tots
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can golden cream of mushroom soup

Crumble meat in 2 quart casserole, cook 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is not longer pink. Stir half way through. Drain. Top with tator tots and onion; mix soups together and pour over tator tots. Cook in microwave oven on full power for 12 to 14 minutes or until heated through and temperature of 150 degrees is reached. After baked add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. This can also be cooked on stove. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
