BEEF CASSEROLE 
4 to 5 med. potatoes
2 tsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans Libby's roast beef, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheese

Line bottom of greased baking dish with sliced, cooked potatoes. Saute onion in butter. Add beef. Blend soup, milk and 3/4 cup cheese. Layer potatoes and sauce, ending with potatoes. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. All men and "big boys" like this.
