BROCCOLI QUICHE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. green onions
1/2 c. peppers
Touch of garlic
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 jar chopped pimentos
2 c. chopped broccoli
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 deep dish pie shells

Bake pie crust for 6 minutes. Saute onions, peppers, and garlic in butter. Beat eggs, flour, soup and milk until well mixed; add onion mixture and pimentos. Spread broccoli and cheese on crust. Carefully pour mixture over it. Bake pies on cookie sheet for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and serve.
