RANCH POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 red potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Ranch dressing
1/4 c. bacon bits
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 c. Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted

Cook potatoes. Mix sour cream, dressing, bacon, parsley and 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Pour potatoes in a greased 13 x 9 inch dish. Pour sour cream mixture over potatoes and toss. Top with 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Combine Corn Flakes and butter. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
