MIXED VEGETABLES MORNEY 
2 pkgs. mixed vegetables
1/4 c. hot water

Steam vegetables about 5 minutes. Drain and save liquid. Add to vegetables: 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. butter

Spread in greased baking dish. Pour Morney Sauce over vegetables. Cover sauce with bread crumbs, sauteed in butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

MORNEY SAUCE:

Blend: 1/3 c. flour

Slowly add 2 cups liquid from vegetables, plus enough milk to make 2 cups. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add and simmer for 5 minutes: 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. white cooking wine 1 tsp. salt
