MOCHA MELT-A-WAYS 
2 egg whites
Salt
1/2 c. sugar
Bavarian mint instant coffee

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat 2 egg whites with a pinch of salt, until foamy. Slowly add 1/2 cup sugar. Beat until stiff. Fold in 2 tablespoons Bavarian mint instant coffee. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper lined cookie sheet. Place in 375 degree oven and turn off heat immediately. Leave in oven at least 1 hour. Makes 2 dozen.
