SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
3 lb. ground beef
2 lb. ground veal
1 lb. ground pork

Meatball mix. Dash allspice Dash pepper 2 tbsp. dehydrated onions 3 tbsp. instant potatoes 3/4 c. dried bread crumbs 4 eggs 1 1/3 c. half & half

Mix all ingredients. Make meatballs. Roll in flour. Place in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and add gravy.

GRAVY:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Kitchen Bouquet for color
