SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
SAUCE: 3 cans undiluted tomato soup 1 1/2 cans water 3/4 bottle ketchup 1 lg. onion, diced 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. lemon juice MEATBALLS: 3 lb. ground chuck 6 eggs 1/3 c. bread crumbs 2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. uncooked rice 6 shakes garlic powder Mix all ingredients for sauce and simmer while you make meatballs. Combine all ingredients to make meatballs and form into small balls. Drop in sauce and cook for 1 hour. Serve hot. |
