APRICOT CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1 env. onion soup mix
1 sm. bottle Russian dressing
8 oz. jar apricot preserves

Wash and pat dry chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour uncovered in 9 x 13 pan. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Spoon on chicken and bake 1 hour or until well browned.
