ORANGE CARROT SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavor gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (1 oz.) can mandarin orange segment, drained
2 lg. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add cold water. Chill until partially set. Fold in remaining ingredients, pour into oiled 8 cup mold. Chill until firm; unmold.
