CARAMEL PECANS 
3/4 c. sugar
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can pecan halves

Caramelize the sugar in a skillet over low heat. When all the sugar has liquified, turn off the heat and stir in the pecan halves. Drop in clusters on greased baking sheet. Store in tightly covered container as soon as they are cooled. Yield: 10 to 12 clusters.
