BEER CHICKEN 
5 lb. chicken drumettes
2-3 tbsp. Hawaiian salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 cans beer

Put chicken in a large pot and add the next 3 ingredients. Bring to boil and turn down to medium heat for 30 minutes. Remove drumettes and put on the bar-b-que or place under the broiler and cook until they turn golden brown and crispy.
