No alcohol beer, (can be bought in grocery store). Marinate chicken (wings are best!) in beer for at least one hour. Cut large pieces into smaller pieces so all will cook evenly. In a proper container, place enough flour to coat the chicken. Into the flour add some salt, plain or seasoned salt, and a few dashes of garlic salt, (very important), and a few dashes of black pepper. Mix thoroughly. Remove chicken from beer, discard the beer. Coat chicken lightly in flour mixture and fry in deep hot oil or little in frying pan as you please. Fry on high heat until chicken is golden brown all over.
