BEER CHICKEN 
8 pieces chicken

Brown in skillet in oil with onions. Put in roasting pan, then add: 1/4 c. vinegar 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt Season to taste

Mix the above then add 1 can of Bud beer and pour over chicken. Cover and cook in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, then uncover and cook for 5 minutes more. Serve with rice on the side.
