EASY SKILLET MACARONI 
2 slices bacon (chopped)
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cans (16 oz.) tomatoes
3/4 c. uncooked macaroni
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In large skillet, fry bacon. Add onions and peppers, cook until tender. Add beef, cooking until it loses red color. Break or chop beef as you stir. Add tomatoes, macaroni, sugar, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until macaroni is done. 1 cup cheese cubes can be added just before serving if desired.
