1 lb. ground beef
1 jar pizza sauce
1 can refrigerator biscuits
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown, drain, and crumble beef. Add sauce and simmer until hot. Press biscuits into glass 9 x 13 inch pan to form pizza crust. Form biscuits to cover sides of pan also. Pour in meat mixture and cover with cheese. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
