PIZZA MEAT PIE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce with tomato bits
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. dried crumbled oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 unbaked pie shell with high fluted rim
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
10 inch skillet (for browning the meat)

Cook beef and onions over moderate heat until it loses its red color. Pour off excess fat. Add tomato sauce, then egg and other ingredients. Place in pie crust. Place Mozzarella slices over the top. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes.
