BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 bunches broccoli
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 c. crumbled Club Crackers
1/2-3/4 of stick butter

Cook broccoli until tender. Melt 3/4 pound Velveeta cheese with 1/2 cup milk and 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Stir until melted. Mix broccoli and cheese sauce and place in greased baking dish.

Crumble 2 cups Club Crackers and spread over top. Pour 1/2-3/4 of a stick of butter melted over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until crackers brown.
