JELLY ROLL 
4 egg yolks
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. flour
4 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Beat yolks, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1/2 cup sugar. Fold in yolk mixture. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Put into greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Turn out on towel sprinkled with confectioner's sugar and roll up till cool. Unroll and spread with jam. Reroll. Makes 10 - 1 inch slices.
