CRABBY MUFFINS 
6 split English muffins
1 jar (5 oz.) Old English Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
6 oz. crab meat, drained and rinsed
1/4 lb. butter

1. Mix all ingredients except muffins together.

2. Spread on muffins.

3. Then freeze them at least 10 minutes - best for overnight.

4. Cut muffins in fourths.

5. Broil until bubbly. Serve hot. Serves 6.

Can be made ahead of time and frozen.
