CRABBY POTATOES 
3 lg. baking potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/4-1/2 c. milk
4 tsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crabmeat, drained
Paprika

Bake potatoes until done. Split in half the long way. Scoop out centers and mash with butter, milk, onion and salt until mix is smooth and creamy. Stir in cheese and crabmeat. Fill shells with mix. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
