MARE'S CRABBY SALAD 
Rainbow rotini
Mock crab
Beau Monde seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Celery salt
Onion powder
Diced celery
Diced onion
Dab of horseradish
Sliced black olives
Fresh asparagus
Finely shredded cheese
Mayonnaise

Cook rotini as directed on package. Cut asparagus into bite size pieces. Cook just until tender, not soft. This recipe can be made for just 1 person or 25 depending on the amount of noodles, crab and mayonnaise used. Season to taste with all seasoning, salts etc. Chill thoroughly before serving. Best if made the night before.
