CHICKEN DIVAN CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 chicken breasts & 6 thighs, or use 8 breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 stick butter

Cook broccoli 5 minutes; drain. Stew chicken (I use a whole chicken), bone and dice. Spread broccoli in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan, place chicken on top.

Mix mayonnaise, soup, curry and lemon juice well. Pour over broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle with dressing mix and pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8. Good with rice.
