CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
6 med. chicken thighs
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1/2 onion, chopped
6 oz. uncooked noodles
4 tbsp. flour
2 med. carrots, diced
2 stalks celery, chopped

Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, remove skin and bones. Shred cooked chicken. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain well. Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add flour, stir until thoroughly blended. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Heat until sauce thickens. Add carrots, onion and celery to the white sauce. Mix chicken, noodles and sauce in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until heated through, about 30 minutes. Remove baby's portion, chop into smaller pieces, if necessary. Allow food to cool before serving to baby. It is not necessary to season this for baby. Serves 4 adults and 1 infant.
