MUSTARD SAUCE FOR HAM 
Scald 3/4 cup cream in a double boiler.

Mix and add: 3 tbsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 beaten egg yolks

Cook until thick, then add 1/4 cup hot cider vinegar. Stir.
