HOT FUDGE SAUCE FOR ICE CREAM 
1/2 c. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa and sugar in small saucepan. Blend in milk and syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm. Makes about 2 cups sauce.
