HOT FUDGE SAUCE FOR ICE CREAM 
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt chips and butter in double boiler. Add sugar and milk; blend well. Bring to boil and boil for 8 minutes. Add vanilla. Serve warm.
