MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. pecans (cut up)
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and powdered sugar with spoon. Add flour, pecans, vanilla. Knead until smooth. Make into balls size of quarter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until light brown. Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
