PERSIMMON PUDDING 
2 c. persimmon pulp
1 3/4 c. milk
3 eggs- beaten
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. melted butter

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Bake at 315°F in pan coated with cooking spray for 1 hour.
