BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli (whole or pieces)
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
7 oz. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
4 tbsp. butter

Place broccoli in dish. Heat in microwave for 3-5 minutes so broccoli is warm. Add can of soup and Velveeta cheese. Heat in microwave until cheese is melted (about 3-5 minutes), stirring occasionally. Add Cheddar cheese on top.

Crumble Ritz crackers on top covering all of the casserole. Put 1 tablespoon of butter on all four corners of dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until top looks golden brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
