BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's)
3 tbsp. chopped onions
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. butter
Seasoned or plain bread crumbs

Cook 3 packages of frozen broccoli in 1/2 teaspoon salt. Drain well. Put broccoli in oblong baking dish (12 x 7 1/2) or 10x10 baking dish.

While broccoli is still hot, add 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese.

In another bowl, beat the following; add to broccoli: 1 can cream of mushroom soup 3 tbsp. chopped onions 1 c. mayonnaise

In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter over low heat. Stir some bread crumbs into butter. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over top of broccoli. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
