MARINATED HERB CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken, cut up
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika

Combine oil, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Marinate chicken turning once, about 2 hours. Shake chicken in flour and paprika and place in shallow dish or cookie sheet covered with foil. Drizzle marinade and bake for 1 hour in 425 degree oven.
