MARGARET'S BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli
2/3 c. olives, chopped fine
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar, optional
Season with salt & pepper

Cut up broccoli (use stems, peeling large ones before chopping into cubes) and mix with olives, onions and eggs.

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper; toss with broccoli mixture just before serving time. Serve on a bed of lettuce and garnish with fresh mushrooms.
