Potato Buds for 12 people (make as directed)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Make potatoes. Combine cheese and sour cream and salt. Add potatoes. Mix with mixer. Put in 9 x 13 inch greased cake pan. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and brush on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
