2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa

Sift dry ingredients together 3 times. Add mayonnaise, hot water, vanilla and beat until smooth. Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan for 40 to 45 minutes. This is a very dark and moist chocolate cake.
