COCKTAIL NUTS 
1 c. nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews, peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds)
2 tsp. soy sauce
8 drops Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)

For each cup of nuts mix in 1 tablespoon melted butter. Bake on cookie sheet at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. In bowl mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Pour over nuts. Let stand. Don't leave sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds in seasoning very long. Pour nuts onto paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
