COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded coconut

Combine ingredients. Add 1 cup coconut, shredded, and mix well. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. (Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.) Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes - test before removing from oven.
