COCONUT CUSTARD PIE | |
4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 3 c. milk 1 c. coconut 1 tsp. vanilla 1 unbaked 9" pie shell Combine eggs and sugar; add salt and milk, then the coconut. Add vanilla and blend well. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 425 degree oven until custard sets, about 30 minutes. Cool. |
