PLUM CONSERVE | |
4 lbs. plums (8 c. cut-up) 2 lemons, juice & grate rind 1 lb. raisins 6 c. sugar 1 c. walnuts Wash plums. Remove seeds. Weigh fruit. Mix all together except nuts. Cook until thick. Blanch nuts 2 minutes. Drain. Chop and add to mixture. Pour into jars. |
