POLISH NOODLES AND CABBAGE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 c. chopped or sliced cabbage
1 tsp. caraway seed (opt.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1/2 c. dairy sour cream (opt.)

Melt butter in a large skillet. Add onions and saute until soft. Add cabbage, saute 5 minutes or until crisp and tender. Stir in caraway seed and pepper. Meanwhile, cook noodles in salted boiling water as directed on the package. Drain well. Stir noodles into cabbage. Add sour cream. Cook 5 minutes longer, stirring frequently.
