LOBSTER ROYALE 
4-5 lobster tails
10 lg. scallops
1 lb. crab meat
3 tbsp. butter
1 can onion soup
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 tbsp. ginger
2 c. cooked rice

Melt butter over low heat. Cut up all meats into chunks, saute about 5 to 6 minutes. Add onion soup, ginger and sherry, stirring often. Saute 5 minutes more. Serve over rice.
