LISA'S MAD HATTER MEATBALLS FOR
KIDS
 
Melt in a skillet:

Add and cook until tender: 1 onion, diced

Stir in: 1 can tomato soup 1 c. water

Heat until boiling. Turn down heat and simmer. Stir occasionally.

While sauce cooks make meatballs.

Beat slightly in a bowl:

Add and mix well: 2 pieces bread (crumbed) 1/4 c. evaporated milk

Add salt and pepper to taste. Shape into balls (ping pong size). Drop balls into simmering sauce and cook slowly about an hour. Serve over cooked noodles.

Kids love this.
