BLINTZ CUSTARD 
1 pkg. frozen cheese blintzes
1 1/2 pts. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
Salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter

Melt butter in baking dish. Place blintzes atop butter. Beat all ingredients together and pour over blintzes. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve topped with fresh or canned Comstock fruit.
