1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
8 oz. club soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

ICING:

1 env. Dream Whip
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Beat until thick, spread on and around cake. Sprinkle top with chopped walnuts.
