CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken drummies
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cooking sherry
1 tbsp. grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine ingredients. Add chicken and stir well. Refrigerate 48 hours, stirring occasionally. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
