PINEAPPLE-APRICOT PRESERVES 
1 lb. dried apricots
1 pt. crushed pineapple (#2 can)
1 1/2 c. water
3 c. sugar

Soak apricots overnight. Drain and cut into small pieces. Add pineapple and water and cook 30 minutes. Add sugar and cook until thick (15 minutes) stirring constantly. While hot, fill jars.
