BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE 
3 cups fresh blueberries (or unsweetened frozen)
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine first 3 ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish and set aside. Combine oats, flour and brown sugar in a bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender, until it resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle mixture over berry mixture. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 30 minutes.

Top with low-fat frozen yogurt (if desired).

Makes 8 servings.
