PUDDING CHEESECAKE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 c. milk 1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding 1 graham cracker crust Stir cream cheese until soft. Gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk until mixture is smooth. Add remaining milk and pudding. Beat slowly (about 1 minute). Immediately pour in crust. Chill one hour. |
